How to Get Backlinks to Your Porn Tube Website (2026 Edition)

If your adult site is technically clean, has sitemaps submitted and still gets almost no Google traffic, the reason is nearly always the same: not enough links from other sites. This guide explains why links matter so much more for adult sites, where real webmasters get them, and which tactics will hurt you.

Search engines decide how often to crawl a site partly by how important other sites think it is. A brand-new tube with zero outside links gets a tiny crawl budget. We measured this on our own network: Google fetched the homepage of our newer sites but almost never followed through to the video pages, while Yandex crawled those same sites thousands of times a day. Nothing was blocked and nothing was broken. Google simply had no reason to spend time there.

Adult sites also can’t use most mainstream link sources. Newspapers, blogs and business directories won’t link to you. So the link pool is the adult web itself: other tubes, review sites, directories, forums and webmaster resources.

Before you build anything, look at what you have in a tool such as Semrush, Ahrefs Webmaster Tools or Bing Webmaster Tools. Two things we found on our own sites:

1. Link trades with real peer sites

A reciprocal link from a real tube or blog in your niche is the bread and butter of adult SEO. Do it carefully:

2. Forums: GFY and WJunction

GFY has an active trade section where webmasters post “looking for trades” threads. The etiquette that gets replies:

3. Adult directories and review sites

A handful of adult directories still carry some authority and real visitors; most “free directories” are dead or link farms. See our directories list. Expect most free listings to require a reciprocal link, and don’t pay for “featured” placements.

4. Be linkable

The links you don’t have to ask for come from things people want to share: an open video API or embed tool for webmasters, a genuinely useful category no one else has, translated versions of your site, or data (for example, “the most-searched trans categories this year”). Our sites that offer webmasters something useful attract links the others never get.

5. Brand signals from social and clip platforms

Links from RedGIFs profiles, Telegram channels and Reddit are usually nofollow, but they bring visitors and people searching your brand name, which search engines notice.

Anchor text

Most anchors should be your brand name or URL. A few descriptive anchors (“free trans videos”) are fine; dozens of identical keyword anchors look bought.

Shortcuts that hurt you

A realistic monthly routine

  1. Check new and lost links (one tool, once a week).
  2. Reply to 3-5 real trade threads that fit your niche, after vetting each site.
  3. Submit to one or two directories you haven’t tried.
  4. Re-verify all partner links; remove yours if theirs vanished.
  5. Ship one “linkable” thing per quarter: a tool, a data page, a new feature.

It’s slow. It’s also the only thing we’ve seen move a new adult site from “Google ignores it” to “Google crawls it”.
