How to Run a Successful Porn Tube Website Day to Day

Launching is the easy part. Tubes fail slowly: videos die one by one, imports silently stop, caches serve old pages, bots inflate the stats. The difference between sites that grow and sites that fade is a routine that catches these things. Here’s ours.

Monitor outcomes, not processes

“The import job is running” tells you nothing. “Today’s import added 400 new videos” does. Every job should leave a number you can check, and a monitor should alert when the number is wrong. Failures we’ve caught this way:

When the same kind of problem happens twice, don’t fix it by hand a third time: add a check that catches it automatically.

Content gates that protect the whole business

Every new video should pass automatic checks before it goes live: playable source that isn’t signed or expiring, a title free of youth-coded and non-consent wording (in every language), a thumbnail you host, and no duplicate. Anything borderline waits for a human. One bad video can cost you a host, an ad network or a payment processor.

Read your numbers honestly

Keep a log

Write down every change and why, with the date. When numbers move three weeks later, you’ll know what caused it.
